We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned parcel in its original condition. Funds are refunded to the payment method used for the initial purchase, unless we’ve agreed to an alternative method.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us promptly at kidsmikkel@gmail.com with details and a photo. We’ll work to resolve the issue swiftly.
