Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location. It varies from 1 day to 4 weeks. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your shipment and your country. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Assembley

Your package will arrive flat-packed. All our items come with an assembly manual and the necessary bolts and screws. There are no extra tools needed and step-by-step drawings are included.

Returns Policy

We accept returns 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please return the items in the original condition. Inspect but do not use the product, keep and do not damage the original packaging. If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund. Please note, that we do not offer free returns.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on info@mikkelkids.com with your claim and a photo of the damage. We will contact you and do our best to solve the issue. Please note our return address is:

The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
